Cancellation Policy
There will be a 20% cancellation fee for any no shows, or cancellations within 24 hours. If your appointment is not confirmed within the 24 hour window of your appointment, it will automatically be canceled and charged 20% of services booked. There is a 10 minute grace period, any later will result in your appointment being cancelled and loss of deposit.
